DC carrying cases show who's coming out?

I was looking at the carrying case covers on BBTS site and Batman has Two Face, and Poison Ivy, and the Super Powers shows Dr Fate , Spectre,
Firestorm and Plasticman. We know Plasticman is coming out so are the others too ?

A plasticman would be cool ,loved the old comic book.A retro plasticman would be plastic ,althought it wouldnt stretch .would be like the

FTC has done an excellent job with its printed "pajama" suits, which would be perfect for Plastic-Man IMO.

Plasticman is pictured on the back of a New 2pack of Green Arrow and Speedy. He along with a New Catwoman, and Harley Quinn, were added to it.
Spectre is the one I am excited a bout and hope we get a classic and first appearance
