    Dr. Strange OTR

I do have what info is out there on the link above. 1962 and the reason we do not know about it is because it was played for BBC and aired once in New York.

                Dark Horse!

The 1960s brought a cultural upheaval in music and art, with a host of new icons entering the scene: The Beatles, Andy Warhol, and of course ...

Upcoming Marvel Select figure is pretty darn cool as well.

                also Bust

I have the 70's movie on Betamax tape somehwere. It's still sealed. Bought it off of Ebay about 10 years ago. Have a Beta machine but it needs to be serviced. Anyway, I've been looking for it on VHS. Can't find any affordable ones here in the US and I decide that I will try the UK and see if it was ever released there. I have a machine that plays PAL/SECAM/ and NTSC. Low and behold I find that it was released in the UK and with a cover that would have made me buy it when it came out:

I check UK VHS auctions every once in a while and have to say...I've almost bought VHS tapes just for the artwork on the boxes. Also, most UK VHS come in the super sturdy small clamshell boxes...that's another bonus. Anyway, thought it would be cool to see the art from the UK release.

Awesome find!!!!!! And that's really neat packaging. An idea: If u happen to have some nailpolish remover (of even rubber cement thinner), it may get that black marker ink of the spine(with some tissue) & leave the plastic coating clear/unfogged (that is, if the marker is on the outside of the clear plastic).I started keeping rubber cement thinner to remove pricetags from my toy packages; I have found using it as an ink remover often works too.

I have the 1978 movie on DVD...it's available on ioffer.
Very nice transfer directly from the MCA Universal Home Video VHS release. Beautiful packaging art too. He also has the complete 70's Spider-Man series and the Roger Corman Fantastic Four.

I'm actually still looking for the UK VHS. I found this as a finished/sold auction on Ebay UK. There's only been 2 of these sold in the last 6 months on Ebay UK...and both went for a lot less than what the US copies have been going for. Last one here sold for about $50. BTW, the Generation X movie that was on Fox a few years ago was made in the UK as a legal VHS...so I am also on the hunt for that one too

I still have the VHS in a storage box with my remaining tapes. Mostly an entire run of all Toho first VHS releases, but Doc is in there.

Couldn't pass up something I only saw pics of in a Starlog. One time.

I'm surprised nobody has posted a pic of Marvel World here yet. The Sanctum always seems to be front and center in those pics.

                              Took this shot recently.

Will gladly trade a set of the red accessories for a set of the green.
