Another favorite, and another classic Earth-Two story:

One of my all-time favorite Captain America stories, but the whole Stern/Byrne run is just sheer comics excellence.

^Is that the story where it's implied Lois and Clark get busy?

I laughed out loud, I immediately knew I had to get the rest of the series and I knew I had a new favorite artist.
I loved this Version of the Justice League Series...Very Funny!!! The whole Batman-Guy Gardner-Blue Beetle chemistry (or lack of) was hysterical.

yes, it's that storyline. I always thought of it as a make-out session, but it's left up to your imagination.

All Star Squadron #1. This book started me on the love of the World War 2 characters that I really miss with DC basically destroying their company. Can't bring myself to buy the new junk...but I will always have my All Star Squadron #1:

34 years hence, I see this cover and remember my excitement when it hit the stands after the preview in JLA #193. What a great title All-Star Squadron was and this cover and issue were very, very special to me. Girls and cars were only a couple of years away for me, so this was the last series I really got into as a kid.

                  Very tough to decide:

This is a very close second:

                  Captain_Atom_1.jpg

My first choice however consisted of a single story over six issues and three titles:

If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.
