Since I'm viewing this at work, all I can say for now is "ugh." More later...
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Makes Roger Corman's Dr. doom look real good.

Don't think kids will go for this. Not with Disney XD and FXX playing the other version. Of course I have to wonder with that one how many kids are wondering why Captain America is with the Fantastic Four.

And another nail into the F4 coffin: There will not be any Post-Credit Scenes.

actually, the movie tanking at the box office is the best scenario for fans. fox won't likely make another one if it bombs and the license would eventually revert back to Marvel. just hope it happens before the MCU starts a downward spiral

...it's going to series, right after X-Men...

I don't know about that. The two previous FF movies did not do that well in the box office. A third disappointment may be the final blow. Reboot or not.

This is an insult to the Corman film I actually like Corman's version. Looks like they took the Torch special effects right from the Corman film. This is going to be a MAJOR EPIC FAIL! from Marvel. Sad...the FF brand deserves better.

Thing is, even if (when) this FF reboot movie crashes and it is returned to Marvel, there won't be much Marvel can do with it for a long time. Maybe a FF TV series.

Don't get the hub-bub. Looks as normally twisted as most any superhero film made since 1989 does to me. If MOS can be considered a "success", then any film of F4's magnitude has a shot.

The expected failure of this film will mean it will be some time before anyone, Marvel, included attempts another Fantastic Four film or tv series. The smoke of another failed FF film would have to clear first before anyone will take a chance of the property again. It's a real shame that there hasn't been a truly great Fantastic Four film yet. The potential is certainly there.
The Fantastic Four are the corner stone of Marvel Comics and deserves so much better than its received so far from film makers.

If Dr. Shrinker was a modern day movie---maybe even that farcical Krofft property would have the same "slick, modern" feel ala this poster using elements from F4 2015's:
