I think it going to be a good seller in my opinion people don't know much about it only cuz he ain't Spider-Man hulk punisher doesnt mean he bad or too new Harley Quinn ain't that old but it's super popular even tho it's DC not marvel but people should give more credit to it

I like Deadpool. He is funny, crazy, hyper, courageous, and a complete whackjob.

I know I already said that he was crazy. There is a difference.

Crazy refers to his sense of humor. Whackjob refers to his overall outlook on life.

Deadpool looks pretty good in package, and Punisher is a good one, but Spidey 2099 is a joke( like armored spidey in the Hasbro line). Spidey 2099 is lame and all 3 choices were popular in 1990's. Deadpool is dependant on the movie (Green Lantern was hot before GL movie). I hope these sell good because I am not buying them but wan't them to do Daredevil , Ironman, and Dr. Strange before this line tanks

Can't say I'm excited about this. I think it appeals to different age group than those of us who grew up with Megos.

I am really surprised that Deadpool is being shown before the likes of Iron Man or any of the Fantastic Four. I like Deadpool and will welcome him to my Marvel Megos collection. However, I don't think this set really fits the formula that the other sets have followed. It looks like we get an unmasked Deadpool but not really a "civilian" version, just 2 red versions and 1 white version of his costume. That isn't a problem with me, but it seems like a looser interpretation of the formula we were told that the series must follow: Original Mego interpretation, civilian, and modern interpretation. I think that this newer formula lends itself to a much wider variety of characters. The Fantastic Four weren't really a good fit in the old formula, but are a much better fit in this new formula. I do hope that the pictures on the side do not indicate the next characters that will be made. A Punisher would be nice, but I would much rather see a Falcon, Green Goblin or any of the other originally released Marvel Megos repro'd before a Spider-Man 2099.

That is Spidey 2099 on the box and is he even around today? What's next X-men 2099 ? Deadpool looks to have 2 similar suits and a burned face, what happend to the format
of modern, retro, and secret i.d. ? Their making it easier for me to skip these but still hoping to get Ironman, but now I am worried that they will pick out weird choices for him

Deadpool is the most popular character in the Marvel Universe. He's probably got the most "mainstream" appeal right now. This is a great choice for DST, especially since he's going to explode in popularity after the movie. That said, I'm still guessing this is the end of this line. DP will sell, but he won't convince any of his fans to buy more of these figures. Just like a huge chunk of the people who buy Deadpool comics and think he's cool, don't buy other comics or know anything about the Marvel Universe.

So it's a good seller for DST, but doesn't do anything for this line.
