As Rack Toys go, this one makes more sense than most Hulk branded items do, as I'm semi-positive that he probably can swim?

Love the lightning and the burning tree in the background! And yeah, the Hulk could swim. I'm sure he and Namor tussled a few times in between Defenders get-togethers.

I have to say I've never seen an illustrated visual that actually markets electrocution in the water. Poor Hulk. He had so many reasons to be ****ed off.

Should have made an Aquaman which would have made sense, wonder why DC didn't make these as well?
