Batman'66 vs. the Green Hornet

Well of course I'm late to the party, but I just received the Batman66/Green Hornet hardcover collection.

I enjoyed it so much--not merely for the art (I always enjoy Ross & Templeton) or the back-and-forth plot (which was engaging), but especially for the dialogue.

I could hear the actors' voices in my head as I read, that's high praise for Smith and Garman.

How I wish GH was on dvd, and that we'd get proper reMegos thereof.

Since GH was on Batman, shouldn't they be able to make a set for Batman?

proud to own some original art from this... particularly the first issue unaltered art. I understand both Templeton and Ross had to redo the Kato and Green Hornet because Dynamite did not have likeness rights!

Got these comics, didn't like it as much as the main Batman '66 comic, but I still enjoyed it very much!
Keep making '66 stuff I'll buy it...within reason.

My problem was the different version of Gumm. I get that DC could not get the rights to use Col. Gumm likeness, so the gave him a gum-mask. My problem is the cover shows a Pink Mask while the story shows a White Mask.
