    ReAction JAWS Shark Figure

This is a dream come true. Beautiful sculpt. Beautiful packaging. Hopefully we get some barrels down the line.

I'm buying at least two. One to keep packaged. One for the bathtub/swimming pool.

This should quiet the ReAction haters for a bit.

It's awesome, they nailed it hard. I wish they hit Star Trek more out of the park like they're doing here, they're quite capable of doing great stuff like this.

The only way this could be better is if they do a "gift set" down the line and include figures ala Mego.

EE lists it at July and says it's $13.99. If that's the true price point, that's pretty great in of itself.

Awesome! Just imagine if they did an Orca vehicle too!

Well this was no boating accident.
            And it wasn't a propeller.
            It wasn't any coral reef.
And it wasn't Jack the Ripper

I always prefer individual character photos on the cards over generic card art (like Mego did with Black Hole, ST: TMP, and Buck Rogers). But this just looks lovely. I will buy extras and make my own character card art.

Dang, makes me want to watch the movie now.

An Orca vehichle playset won't happen, but, my God that would be the toy to end them all. Break away panels, Barrel launcher, pulpit with foot peg for Quint, chair with fishing reel assembly. What's wrong with the world that consumers wouldn't buy that?

ReAction is pretty "hit and miss".

I'd call this a solid hit.

These look fantastic. See, I'll give them all the credit they deserve when they do right by a property. They did more than that here!

If you like at all what you see, SUPPORT THIS LINE! Buy multiples, tell your friends, post on other forums. Because according to Funko man Reis O'Brien, an ORCA PLAYSET is on the drawing board, but dependent on sales.

                      From Reis on Facebook:
"Way ahead of you guys! I've had the Orca vehicle/playset sketched up for a while now. Now it's just a matter of seeing how well the Jaws figures sell so we can have a better idea of how well a playset would do."
I will be buying at least 3 sets of figures. One to keep carded, one for the pool, and one to make custom character specific cards.

Oh, and as for those character specific cardbacks:

                      From Reis on Facebook:
"Yeah, we tried to get their pictures on the cards, but the contract would allow it. Trust me, if there are cardbacks that don't have the actors' likenesses on them, it's not by our choice. Modern day licensing rights are just far more complex that they were in the 70s and 80s. But we always try!"

                        I gotta buy these.

The Jaws stuff looks terrific. They can do fantastic work. Hopefully they will start putting that kind of effort into more of their lines. Makes the classic Trek line look even worse in comparison.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
