A local person found this in her grandmother's basement after she passed away. The granddaughter believes it was intended as a Christmas present for someone, but was packed away and forgotten about.

Playset is complete and in mint condition. All parts that originally came sealed are still sealed in bags. Sticker sheet is unused and in great shape. Instruction booklet and Kenner advertising manual are included. Box is in good shape with minor wear. Displays very well. Tape seal on one
flap has been broken. Tape seal on opposite flap is intact. Box smells very faintly of smoke.
