Has anyone else noticed the retro head seems slanted to the left? If you rotate it all the way around, its very noticeable. Like the neck has an angle to it.

the window box is a major fail. Its even funnier with Wolverine, might be intentional to hide the goofy removable mask.

So, the second set has flaws the first didn't have.

The window looks like it was made to low to make room for the Captain America logo, maybe the logo had to be a minimum size to meet licensing approval and forced the window lower?

The box is shorter than Spider-Man's.

Can somebody verify that with a picture?

Overall, the boxes are the same size. It seems that Cap is sitting up a bit higher then Spidey inside the box (not sure why) AND the window on Cap's box is smaller as well.

Cap box is definitely shorter. It looks more pronounced in person. I don't know if the difference is enough to account for the head being half hidden -- the smaller box resulted in a smaller window -- but you would think that if the boxes were the same size, everything else would have been the same too and Cap's head would be fully visible in the box.

The height of the box has nothing to do with the window size. They really need to fix the major flaws before releasing the new Thor figure. We know that Wolverine is going to be hiding his head in shame, but Thor should hopefully have the kinks in the package finally worked out. I really wish I were involved in the development of these figures and packaging. There is no reason that there should be one complaint about these figures. Everything should be flawless. Bad decisions make bad product. Bad product doesn't last very long...
Didn't Mattel's epic failure teach anybody a lesson?!?

I agree. The difference in the box size is just under 1/4" on the ones I have. The main problem is the window size.

It isn't even the size of window, it's the placement. Reduce the font, reduce the white border and place the hole higher. So easy to fix....
                              ....or not.... ehh,
Hopefully Thor's box will be fixed. I can't believe both Cap and Wolverine have the face-hiding boxes. It should have been fixed before production started on Wolverine. Is nobody putting a set together before production to see if it all fits together?
