Finally finished putting it together...
Some of the equipment was bought new, some through Craigslist...got some good deals along the way. The flooring are horse mats, they are 3/4 inch thick...it's laid out in four sections...115 pounds each.
So my routine...walk the trail really early in the morning...workout in my gym in the afternoon...and go to Planet Fitness at night, mainly for treadmill and elliptical...not everyday though...I do alternate...I don't burn myself out...or hurt myself.
The more I workout and walk...the more I can eat...
My right shoulder is not 100%...its an old injury (rotator cuff)...so I struggle on the bench press and shoulder press...but on the others...lats, t-rows, legs, dumbbells. etc...I'm doing pretty good.
Some of my best workouts is just punching the heavy bag hanging from my avocado tree, lol.
I'm pretty happy how it came out.

P.S. Been going to a physical therapist for my shoulder...I'm trying to avoid surgery...hopefully that will do the trick.
