That being said, I really don't think I'll end up getting them. Not my thing.

I'll stick to the Super Hero figures. And at this point, it will be pick and choose on them.

The Monkees were a rerun staple in my house as a kid, and I was REALLY into them in 86 when MTV played the shows again, and they reunited for the first time. I'd be tempted to get a figure of each member. Probably the red shirt version. I always wanted a shirt like that as a little kid.

The Monkees would be cool. Though I do hope there will be more Batman 66 while my son is still wanting to play with them.

I could see though with The Monkees doing like AJ where there is the basic figures and then clothing sets with accessories.

with Banana Splits and H.R. Puff n stuff. Scooby Doo and Superfriends were better for me and FTC has those coming too . Everybody wins with FTC new stuff !

A wise outlook Wise Guy! I feel the same. I don't care for some of the FTC releases, but I am excited for many of them! 18 inch and The Monkeys I have-would have no interest in. They say you can't please everyone. But with the variety we are getting, there is definitely something that will please someone!

The Monkeys would be a nice addition, a non superhero set, I really would like to see FTC come
out with a Lost in Space wave, that would be different and I'm sure would sell very well.

Can't wait to have kiss figures battle the MOnkees?

I like their hits, but not interested in the figures. Now if FTC did the Beatles, Zepplin, Stones, Eagles or the Who, I'd probably buy em.

But, I do like that FTC keeps adding figures that reach out to different audiences.
