Kresge carded WGS from FTC

A K-Mart did not open in my hometown until 1980 so I missed out on the Kresge cards which have become my favorite packaging for Mego WGSH! This is a TREAT! I cannot believe FTC already has 3 waves 18 figures planned! ALL 14 Mego DC that sold at retail! I hope BOTH versions of Batman and Robin are sold!

And for a kid who only had 8" WGSH and NO 12" (my sister had 12" Wonder Woman 1st version!) the NEW FTC 18" make up for it! $99.99 each is reasonable! 18" DWARF 8"" versions and window boxes are BEAUTIFUL! Great to see Aquaman, Shazam, Green Arrow, Penguin, and Bizarro(!) pictured on 18" boxes! 18" Mxyzptlk pictured is a BIG ? though! BRING ON 18" SUPER GALS! ALL 4! And NEW 18" DC!

The Justice League Wonder Woman on the FTC page has a corrected neck, but the SuperGirl from the Kresge card set still looks neckless.

It's really a damn shame that these guys don't have the rights to Marvel heroes. .... would love to see me some Marvel figures get this treatment.

Well, it looks like some e-tailers have gotten hip to the repeated figure releases because, at least at BBTS, where I would pick up the individual figures I wanted from later series, they are only selling Kresge and JLA figures as sets; no singles thus far. And I only want the characters I don't have, not the full sets.

I may have to pre-order from FTC to get singles.

Some day they will. I'll happily wait and plunge into their DC delectables until then. They absolutely get it. The figure, the packaging, the price. It's all good.
