The best place to look for them are at the check out lines of Walmart. Thats where they stock the short card HW's. The BM is also out in the new 10 packs at Wally and Target, but $10 is high if all you are after is the BM. I believe the BM is also hitting the Target 2-packs at the check out lanes, but not 100% sure.

I saw a couple today at the WM check out lane, passed on them. I have seen a bunch in the 10 packs. I bought a total of six BM's, kept one, customized two (if you haven't heard ) and gave the others away. I have probably passed on 20 of them.

Like I have said before, hold you horses, they are gonna be peg warmers soon. They still have only been out for about 3 - 4 months.

SOWTH, that variant treasure hunt you found is called a Super Hunt (if the S in treasure and hunts are a $ or has nice rims, not just mainline rims). The regular hunt this year is one per case. The Super Hunts are about one per 4 or 5 cases, Nice Find!

Haven't found any yet but really haven't been searching too hard.

Thankfully, Shane sent me an extra so I do have one...

If you count the ones I have seen in the 10 packs, i have probably seen more than 20 in the wild.

Mailing a $1 toy for $3 (plus gas and box) is a waste of money. I did send a member here one, it was a surprise in a box of other stuff I sent him. Save your money until Mattel releases the larger scale BM's, they are gonna range from $25 to $300 each. I just ope they make it into a treasure hunt next year and put nice wheels on it and fix it up alittle. HW makes a 1/64 Batman, they could include him in the car.

I have said it many times, they are gonna be peg warmers by the end of the year.

A waste of money for who? Shane sent me a batmobile because he had an extra and threw it up for grabs. He never asked that I reimburse him or anything and members have sent me items over the years and have never asked for anything in return. I did send Shane $5 to cover the shipping, the car, and gas money but he never asked for it. I have also sent items to people here and asked for nothing in return...not even reimbursement for the item. You'd be surprised at how many people that are still missing the car would gladly reimburse you for the car, postage, etc. and would reciprocate when you are looking for something.

So who doesn't have a Batmobile yet that wants one? Just curious.

If it was some thing that was rare, yes, I would understand. But when I say waste of money, I am not just talking about my money, I am talking about he money of people who want one. We are talking about a .99 cent toy here made in the 100's of 1000's. Don't spend $5 or more for a $1 toy that will be in abundance soon enough.

It like the first of each month when the new treasure hunt comes out. People go crazy for them, buy them off ebay for $100 +, but by the next month when the new one is released, you can pick up the last one for less than $20.

I am not trying to sound mean by saying I don't want to waste my money or your money, I am just trying to make common sense by saying save your money, they are coming.

Mattel is famous for this. Last Christmas, Disney Cars (made by Mattel) had released a Lightning McQueen variant in only one case (less than one per case), called Cruisin McQueen. People went crazy for these things, paying nearly $150 apiece for them on Ebay because the rumor was that case was the only case that would have that car. Well, last month, they released it again, in abundance. I nearly fell for it myself, asking to trade a high end super hunt for one. Luckily someone pm'd me and said they were gonna be released again in a month. This guy saved me from a bad trade, and I am kind of doing the same thing by telling you to hold on, they are coming. Mattel paid too much money for this casting to make it rare.

BTW, I have sent a few members here some stuff just for kicks, its called a RAOK (Random Act Of Kindness), and one of these ROAK's was a HW batmobile to a member, he said it floored him. He had spent $15 on the other one he had. I didnt know this when I sent it.
