Great newsletter. Really enjoyed the interview with Brian Leitner. He's helped so many of us with his talents over the years both in designing reMego costumes and his fantastic custom work. Very cool feature. Look forward to reading more like it.

Good newsletter, the interview with Brian gave me hope that since he is self taught on sewing that my ability on a machine will improve. His stuff was my inspiration in getting into customizing.

Thank Ed of Many Names for that one as he got a chance to visit Brian recently. He definitely keeps the wheels of the customs world turning.

I know a great many of us were expressing the Brian Leitner sized hole in our lives at Mego Meet this year. This interview has been on the shelf for a while admittedly, and it was an absolute pleasure to have lunch with him on my road trip last weekend. I think you guys have expressed it well in terms of what a huge presence he is in our community... Such incredible talents in someone so humble. I want to be Bleit1701 when I grow up.

His headcasts directly got me into customizing, I got a Flash head from him for the Hasbro 9 inch line and from there it snowballed. I learned to sew, sculpt, make stuffed creatures, etc. Its all Brian's fault and I thank him for it. The hobby some times keeps me sane.

The busts are back! I hadn't been to the gallery in a while, so I had no idea. Brings back some fond memories of browsing the museum, long before registering, or even lurking on the forums.
