I like the skeletons, too. CTVT might do well to add sword & sorcery-style or Greco-Roman weapons to accessorize them.

I think Mego Corp. has erred in the colors of the Flash and Green Lantern boxes. IMO Flash would be better in yellow and Green Lantern in light green, to "pop" the characters and, in the latter case, differentiate from Green Arrow. Or perhaps at least the liners could be those colors. Is the the DC style guide interfering?

I don't get the color selections for the new heroes either. All the other vintage boxes have a contrasting color like Batman, Spider-Man, or Aquaman or a minor uniform color like Superman, GA or Captain America. Red for Flash seems too easy or obvious.

Great newsletter. Love the Dick Tracy figures, though they’re not my scale. I have that Ape bank. My brother and I have had one each since our childhood. On display with my Kong and Godzilla figures. As always, lots of custom greatness.

What's the "new direction" that's mentioned in today's letter? Focus more on Mego Corp and less on FTC? Any ideas? Or it is something obvious I've missed?

More on this as it develops but content needs to come from multiple sources and be more focused on collectors rather than companies. Also, FTC is really great with us, they've believed in the newsletter for a long time.
