AMAZING NEWS!!!! REMOLDING/Reproducing vinyl Mego heads is Possible!!!!LOOK!!!

Hi,
I don't post very often but i do look this board often. I posted long time a go a message asking help to remold/reproduce a Mego vinyl head to be able to reroot and easely place back on original body.
I was told by many collector's from various boards that it was almost impossible to do so, unless you are working for a toy maker company.
Well, i have good news, i did research and found a contact close to me to be able to reproduce ANY dolls/Action figures heads!!!
In any skin tone or mold you want.
Since i had in mind some future projects, i sent out the always so discoloring 12'' Star trek Llia head as a test.
We all know this head is IMPOSSIBLE to find not discolored, same with many others Mego figures and dolls heads do.
So my contact was able to reproduce this one to perfection.
You can see the result is pretty amazing, they were able to reproduce the EXACT same head using the same smooth vinyl, texture but with better quality vinyl to preserve original color. Not only that, you can also easely place the head back on any 12'' Mego fashion body! The neck knob is the same as original. This head can be rooted and painted very easely, just like a real factory made head!
This head was made in big quantities and i have many to sell.
I will say that it's only the beginning, i`m planning of reproducing many more hard to find Mego doll heads.
I might also take Heads reproduction orders in the futur, i will see.

What about paint applications? Will it be coming painted? Will it be hand painted or have a paint mask so they are all identical? Are they made in Canada, or coming from China.

Let's just say a have a bunch of them!
I think the head can be slightly modified, ears can be possible, again "I think".
The heads are in hands now, they come as pictured, un painted.
They can be painted by any painting artist, they can also be rooted just like any other hollow head, she's made the same as the real produced llia mego head.
There is possibility to have them painted but the cost per head increase in that case.
They can't be rooted because the company which produced the heads do not have the rooting machine which I know being very expensive.
As for production, they are made in China by the factory I'm dealing with, where else this could have been possible other than China!!??
I'm planning of producing more heads in the futur such as palitoy superstar (which was to be mego Cheryl Ladd), Sylvie vartan from raynal (mego) and maybe more.
I'm more into fashion dolls but a figure head can be possible to made as well.
The mold is made using the original head so anything is possible as long as you have the produced head so they can use it.
There is min max for production though.

I'm not familiar with action figures but if it's made of vinyl, it can be reproduced easily

Yes, i think so, it can be made in Any skin color as well
Reroot and repaint are made by us, they just produce the head blank
