Does this doll make your heart skip then let you down too?

EVERY damn time I see this doll in an antique shop, my mind is convinced it is a Captain America MEGO.

And it takes a few seconds to realize it's just this doll again.

I would totally get it and have her be Mrs. Captain America.

Heh. I'd rather spend the $40 on actual megos.

Looks cool! Is that by Hasbro? I think I have seen a male counterpart to this figure. Outfit not as cool though. I would display the clothes on Ledy Captain America for fun!

OK, I don't know if you guys are kidding around or not, but that's a "Peace" from the Hasbro "World Of Love" line, (made using the same bodies of "Charlie's Angels" dolls). I remember buying "Love" and "Soul" (black doll) for my friends' birthdays when I was a kid. Cool dolls w/ slightly oversized heads.

She would come to live at my house.

Doll is pretty cool, although in the case of the 1971 days of peace and Nam protesting,
maybe a pair of blue jeans and a pink flower powering t-shirt might have been more effective
                  for something like this.
