I always thought this was the best of the toy collecting magazines back in the day. remember how we had to wait a couple of months or three before they were able to report on the Toy Fair news?
and I had no idea it was still being published. (I don't think any comic shop I visit currently orders this for the stands)

This issue shines the spotlight on some great 1980s action figure toy lines that cashed-in on the success of Mattel's Masters of the Universe line, mainly Remco's Conan, The Lost World of the Warlord and Warrior Beast lines. Featured will be a full-page photo of the rare 'Fortress of Doom' playset, direct from the 1984 Remco catalog. Galoob's BlackStar line will also be covered. After a short wrap up of merchandise from 2014's San Diego Comic Con, AFD provides a preview of what to expect at 2015's New York Toy Fair, and takes a look back at how this 102-year-old New York institution has changed over the years. Regular sections on new releases, surprises from the past, 'Action News Briefs' and Hot Wheels are also featured.
