My astroknight used to hang out with my Star Wars guys. I'm not sure where he came from... he didn't have his hang glider thingy, I'm assuming he was a hand me down toy from someone.

Mentioned this before but my red racecar and the neighbour kid's white one were BattleStar Colonial bombers. AA batteries in the side pods were bombs.

Imagi-nex has taken this whole concept and applied the superhero theme to wildly successful levels. Lil D knows it well.

I could stare at this for hours. So much for a productive work day.

I'm going to cosplay as an Adventure Person and just keep my left arm pointed slightly inward.

The only things I didn't have from that page, were the race cars, the Helicopter, The construction workers, the Airplane and the TV Truck (which I'd LOVE to get ahold of as i work in TV), though the colors on my Northwoods jeep were flip flopped. Unfortnately my youngest brother either destroyed or gave away most of them. They were GREAT toys that held up well, one of my all time favorite lines.

I had and still have many of these adventure people toys to this day. I played with them just as much as star wars and gi joe. What amazes me is how all these years later these toys are still in great condition considering the beatings they took from me and my brother as kids. My niece plays with my old adventure people toys all the time and its such a cool thing to see.
Funny story- I had the tv action crew. Im from baltimore maryland and when I was a kid and when I got this I thought the tv crew was based off our local newscast. We had a guy named jerry turner who looked exactly like they guy in the tie and the woman with the fro looked like..Oprah winfrey who was a local news host before she was popular. haha!

Oh man that's an awesome page spread, I want a poster of that!

I know people will think it silly but that TV crew set was one of my all-time favorite toys of my youth. For whatever reason I just have some very vivid memories of playing with that set, I thought that van was ultra-cool. We had a blue conversion van during that time, so that might've factored in as well.
