    I think it is a production sample, so it is probably how the figure is being released. The clothes are no longer tagged to the plastic. They have mannequin style plastic "bodies" in them to hold the shape. Like Barbies do. That's what my daughter said they should do when she saw my Spidey set.

      That's another nod to Captain Action, as well; his costumes were on fully sculpted hollow torsos and head (the Captain's actual headsculpt).
