What is the difference between ST Uhura & Dinah-Mite?

Growing up I do not remember seeing Dinah-Mite figures so I never collected them, but I did have Star Trek. Now going back I started noticing that Mego reused head molds more than they should.

*So I am wondering, is there a difference between this two figures or did Mego reuse the head?

*Is this just a the same head with different hair/color?

Especially the eyes. To me,that seems to be the biggest difference between the two.
