    Stephen King's IT being remade

...possibly as a two part movie. I really liked the original adaptation. Here's the story...

I liked it up till they introduced that wild crab creature. It was cheap looking it ruined the movie. Plus a good friend of mine was in it so there is that.

Yeah, the monster at the end killed it. Much like Stephen King's Silver Bullet film adaptation, with the guy in the bear suit, subbing for a werewolf.

I thought the TV movie was very good and very creepy.
But let's face it, Mr. King has some bad endings on his resume. and IT is no exception. You can't polish a turd as they say.

they were on a TV budget and did the best they could with the effects of the time. The first part worked really well with the kids in 1957-58. the second half not so much, especially the spider at the end. but the book described it as a spider too, we just need modern CGI effects on it. I am really looking forward to a well done theatrical release. IT is one of my all time favorite books and I have read it several times.
