6 inch male and female figures - but not like you expect

We were working on a project for Think Geek - 6 inch male and female "Create Your Own Superhero" figures with removeable capes and a set of switchable hands.
The figures were cast in white, so like our 4 inch versions, you could paint them into any character you chose. The heads are easy to pop off too.

These figures are based on the 8 inch mego body but without rubber bands.

I have listed them on drmego.com under EMCE TOYS and SPECIALS.

Are male figures sold by themselves, same as the female ones are listed to be sold?
It appears that the only way you can get the male is if you buy the female too...but I'm not sure if I'm missing anything.

since these are based off the 8" bodies, is it safe to assume the new 8" bandless bodies will look the same (swappable hands, etc.)

Has them online as well and you can purchase the male figure as a single. The male figure looks to only be available by the set at Doc' store, but the price is better for a set. I wonder if you could use these bodies for 6 inch Mego figures?

I have more females than males so the only way I will sell the male is with the female.
Buy just the male from Think Geek. They financed this project - I wish we could have
gotten it to them in time for the holidays.

Think Geek has the single figures priced at what Doc wants for the pair. Get the male from Doc and get a free female!
