Why does Tarzan have a flesh-colored suit, but Conan is without? Cost cutting? Tarzan basically has very little accessories so let's throw a suit on him?

I like the suit and wonder how Conan might look with one under his furry shorts.

I think it was to hide the joints on the T1 body. By the time Conan came along, they were using the body without metal rivets.

"Yes" I think you are right that it was to hide the t-1 metal joints, I don't think Conan would look good with
a flesh color jumpsuit under the furry shorts, just my opinion.
