Scored me a fantastic 9.5 Mego Robin. Only had to add a repro emblem, Mego Robin belt, and repro gloves and he looks great! Very, very pleased. Thought I would share. BTW... Thanks Jason (aka gaga4toyz)!!!! :yes: Also have a great box on order from Anthony (Toyroom) to complete this piece. Will post pics as soon as that arrives.

Behold the scarce Rushton Freddie the Frog doll. It's based on the character from the 70's kid show "The New Zoo Revue". I stumbled across him last week on eBay and got him for $2.99! I had no idea that anyone had ever done any toys based on the characters from NZR. There's currently a Henrietta Hippo on eBay too:

She's in need of some repairs and the opening bid is kinda nuts, so I'll pass on her for now. It's likely that Rushton also did a Charlie the Owl doll, so I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for him as well.

Picked this up recently...think I got a real good price ...I have only seen one previously on EBay that was still sealed and if I'm not mistaken, that one went for close to $200....I have always wanted one of these still sealed...now if I can find Superman and Batman unopened.

I have had a boxed set for many years, but I bought a loose Peter back in 2006 to have him sign, and ever since then I have been meaning to get the rest and have a nice loose set to display. Finally picked an Ace up. This was an especially nice score, because Ace is my favorite, and is also the only one I had as a kid. Now I just need a Gene and Paul. I will get to them eventually.
The guitar I have had around. One of those Pickups guitars made by Resaurus in 2000. Strap was made by piecing together two of the straps from the first McFarlane Toys 6" figures.

I picked this up yesterday at a local show. Box is in excellent shape with vibrant graphics. The decals on the copter are faded, but that's pretty common. My only question is - my windshield is tinted yellow, all the ones I've seen on Ebay are clear. Is this a variation, or perhaps it just got too much sun exposure and turned yellowed or something like that. Any theories?

Yeah, winch and rotors work great. I suspect it has just yellowed, but it is so uniform(not blotchy) that I was wondering if it could of been made that way. I can pick up a clear one off Ebay pretty cheap, they're pretty easy to come by.

There are clothings that I have several each of, but thats about it. Oh, and I have two of the same chimpanzee, though I think that one is Cornelius and the other Galen. (They have very different suits and one has the green ears - maybe he drank too much "grape juice plus"?? :smiley1:)
I cant wait for my Megos to arrive - I'll probably tear them open in the front yard - then fall to my knees and weep! :drool_y::smiley1:
No offense to Mr. Wild Bill and A.J., they are both really great, but Aquaman, Spock, Penguin, and Bones are where its AT for me - Those are the ones I'm REALLY keen on. :cool_y:

I just received a Bionic Bigfoot in the mail, BIG thanks to rche for trading with me.
I dont know how this figure has eluded me for this long, but he's finally found his home with his bionic brethren the SMDM, Maskatron, Kromedome and Pulsar and Hypnos.
Can't imagine anything better to get in the mail than a Bionic Bigfoot! Score!!

I don't usually post the boast pix, but the box art on this fellow is just amazing. There is no bottom to the box. All four sides are different and all are great. It really makes for a difficult piece to display. Ahh; such troubles.:grin:

I never realized until now, that I could put my intruder on top of my Terron/Gargon.
Also, the guys in the first pic seem to look a bit like Japanese military? kinda strange for a box out of the Uk no? i'd have a hard time picking a side to display, best to just rotate once a week.
