    Thanksgiving specials from the past

Its that time again to sit and eat with family and then binge watch tv. While most watch Football I would turn on the other tv to watch the other Thanksgiving specials. Now we are in the streaming generation so here is a list of classic Thanksgiving shows that you may have forgot about:

    The Mouse on the Mayflower
The Mouse on the Mayflower is a 1968 animated Thanksgiving television special created by Rankin/Bass. It debuted on NBC on November 23, 1968. The special is about a mouse named Willum, who is discovered on the Mayflower. Tennessee Ernie Ford voices Willum and narrates.

        The Berenstain Bears Meet Bigpaw

It's Thanksgiving in Bear Country, and the Bear Family get nervous when Mama Bear thinks they've gotten a sign that the "Thanksgiving Legend of Bigpaw" is coming true. The legend says that when bears get greedy and don't share their harvest, Bigpaw will come to destroy Bear Country. Eventually, the bears all learn a lesson about who Bigpaw really is, and they celebrate the holiday.

                          Love the Macy's clips.

Has Mouse on the Mayflower been released on disc? I know it's on VHS.

I remember “Mouse on the Mayflower.” Besides that, the other kids Thanksgiving special that I’ve seen through the years is the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
