Sure. But would you watch it on CBS All Access? That's my fear where it will end up...

        No, lol.

One day I’ll watch Discovery...but not until it shows up on Netflix.

I never seen Discovery and have no interest in watching it.

As far as i'm concerned there is only 1 Star Trek TV series that's still in production and that's The Orville

So the guy who had no idea how to make Dark Universe work, is just handed Trek. All of it.

youTube and Netflix cannot destroy the studio system fast enough.

Paramount are leaving a lot of money on the table not having a full blown TNG reunion. If they can get Stewart, they can get everyone else. It worked for the TOS crew, and the nostalgia for this crew is ripe. The storyline of Data putting in an aging algorithm almost writes itself. I saw Johnathan Frakes a few weekends ago at a Con and he seemed game for it to happen. Everyone involved with that show looks back on those times fondly. Can't see why they don't.

^That's a good point. The timing is right for TNG. If you have Stewart, then everyone else is on board.

How do you explain an android that's older and heavy?

Data's dead. He got blowed up.

We all know death is permanent in Trek town.

I loved TNG, watched every episode and re-runs...but for some reason I just can't get excited about it coming back? I guess I'd just rather see a Star Trek TV series or movies set in TOS timeline.

NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! screamed in a Shatner Khan Voice.
I never liked Pickard or NG it was to much bla, bla, Kirk would have just Phasered, Photon Torpedoed, Fought or Made the situation fit his needs, his was out of most of the stories in NG.

                        It would be good. Yeah.

I know that Frakes can still say "Red Alert!" well, he's done it on stage.

Basically, CBS could go to the Creation Official Star Trek Convention and scoop up all the actors and actresses needed to make a new Season One!

Frakes is an absolute hoot in person. He REALLY commands a room. He's so animated and groovy, you dig? He demonstrated the "Riker Walk", when he walks with determination and purpose, leaning slightly sideways with his head and torso. Subconsciously, I knew he always did it, but never realized it was so purposeful until he demonstrated it. Cool dude.
