Svengoolie presents: Attack of the 50ft Woman (1958)

I know this post is early but with many of you going to Mego Meet I decided to post Svengoolie presents: Attack of the 50ft Woman (1958)

When an abused socialite grows to giant size because of an alien encounter and an aborted murder attempt, she goes after her cheating husband with revenge on her mind.

Doing research on this movie it is amazing how many comic book covers replicated the classic movie poster, so in the magazine rack I reproduced the covers.

Yes this is that giant size Barbie figure that I used in Village Of The Giants (wish Walmart would get in the other girls). I just redressed her and repainted the shoes from pink to red (the shoes do NOT come off). She is holding her cheating husband (Action Jackson getting some action). The backdrop I got from Lowes Christmas lights displays I was able to take home after Christmas.

And here is the same photo done in Black & White. Sometimes this just looks better.

There is only so much one can do and even the Mego 14 inch figures just weren't big enough to do this.

If I had time I would love to change the face, but trying to crank out these figures on a weekly time it makes it harder. To be truthful I would have to destroy the face of Barbie to change here expression. Plus the amount of clay it would take to fill in the had and then remold it could cost more than I care to go through.

It wasnt a knock on the skills... it was just my humor level where she looks like she is gonna snu snu AJ to death...
