hi if i remember correctly the blue stain can be reduced and removed with a acne cream oxy clean or something ,in the uk ,as we are i suppose you could try clearasil or any peroxide acne /spot treatment,i think its the peroxide that does the trick , ,good luck and i hope it works out for you cheers chris

Yes, peroxide creams will remove te stain. There is a commercial product called RemovZit, but I have had just as good of results with generic store brand creams that have the same ingredients

Same thing - It worked best for me putting it under a light - actually the closer the better (not close enough to melt though). You want 10% too (maximum strength). I never used this method on Mego's but vintage kenner Star Wars figures - it worked great.

Go for Quinoderm 10, it has 10% peroxide and works a treat. I bought mine in Boots the chemist.

I've tried Clearasil on blue cow stain, it did not work for me.

You have to leave it under the light for a while - Somehow you have to rest it on something or tape it close to the light. I don't know if it is the heat or the actual light that does the trick! It does work - you may have to do more than one application.
