What was the name of those corner store counter top rockets you put caps in?

They were little plastic rocket ships, they had a little metal tops that were held on by elastics. you pull the top up, put in some caps and throw it in the air. The metal side weighed more and assured it landed on the top and made a bang. I'd love to get a couple for nostalgia's sake but dont know what to look for.

The ones I'm looking for were definitely soft plastic, and if I recall correctly they also might have had a little package of candy (those horrible tasting little beads) with them. they would have been like .25 or .35 and sold back when you could still buy caps

Oh yeah, I had those too. I think mine were red plastic, and I believe you are correct, they came with a little bag of those crappy little candy balls attached. Forget what they were called though...

I swear I've looked on ebay for "cap rocket" without results before, now I look and and there's a whole bunch but not quite the right ones.
