Mr. Mxyzptlk with light blue hat (NOT LILI LEDY)... custom or variation??

    Hi!
I recently saw a T2 Mr. Mxyzptlk with a MEGO (NOT LILI LEDY) light blue hat ...
Back of Head Reads N.P.P. Inc 1973
Is it a custom colour or a real MEGO variation??

I've had one half the color of yours and half regular. It was faded from the sun. The black and white didn't change in the sun, but the purple turned light blue.

I always thought it was fading as well.

sure, its definitely some kind of fading but with all the other color shift fading variants out there might as well call it a variant too.

I agree I think the yellow rm robin - same thing - I had bought a mint one on here because the member considered it a flaw. Although the real yellow with yellow thread is a real variation (at least I would think) unless the thread fades too.

heres a shot of mine. when i got it a few years back it was pretty much lime green. wish i would have took pics every few months to document the change.
his thread has pretty much lightened up too. i have another lime one that still has darker thread at the moment.

I assumed it was fading, too. But of course I've seen LL Mxy with a blue hat.

For "smirk" Mxy, I've seen lavender & pink (like Green Goblin's cap) hats.

With standard heads, either T1 or T2, I've only seen pink hats.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
