This is where Miller belongs, and he does this well. I enjoyed the first film, so I'll give this a shot, although probably not until after it makes it to DVD.

Seems to have brought back most of the cast I liked the first one enough to see this one or buy the dvd

Saw it tonight in a special double bill screening along with the first one. Pretty good overall.

I enjoyed it. Not as strong as the first one, though. It's kinda cheesy, but I got involved in the story and liked it. Stacy Keach is great in it. The cast is fantastic and they are generally used well. It really is beautifully shot film with a great sense of design and use of blacks. If you like looking at Eva Green, you'll love, at least, portions of the movie.

But overall, it's one you could easily wait until DVD for, and considering the box office take this weekend, it might be out by January.
