Very cool, I never saw that before (not exactly a big fan of the show). I think the show paid whatever money was awarded, so the seller made out pretty good, he kept the money he originally got, and then could resell the items.

I would buy that lot in a minute at that price. The buyer was being a putz. Easy repair. It would have been a fair price years ago.

I say the buyer should have shut up, fixed the arm and lived with it. $322 was a steal for those items with boxes. Although Robin appeared to be missing his gloves... but still...

The seller is a good and honest friend of mines,....it was just a case of a picky buyer,..expecting the toys would still be like brand new after all these year...and my friend said that the gloves were inside the box.

While I don't think the buyer should have gotten his money back, if I were the seller I'd be happy with getting the stuff back and not having to deal with that buyer any more.
