    Removing a head

How easy is it to remove and replace with a new head, a regular purple head from a cast-a-way Phantom figure, without damaging the body?

Not difficult at all. I suggest warming up the head and upper torso with hot water or a hair dryer to make things a bt more flexible.

You would probably be more apt to tear the neck plug han damage the body. Like I said, heat will help to avoid that.

Definitely heat them up. I nearly tore the neck plug off on one of my Phantoms. They get pretty stiff over time.
