Anybody heard of the toy company Max zapf and the toyline Action Hardy

speaking of knock-off Joe lines, anybody heard of the toy company max zapf and their 12 inch action figure line Action Hardy? I've got a few of these items boxed, carded and loose. I believe Max Zapf was a german toy company known for stuffed animals. Their action figure appears to be stolen from captain action and features flocked heads like Gijoe. I wouldn't really call these knock-offs because their quality is very nice. I'll post some pics when I get home.

they're pretty much just doing baby dolls now.

BIG FAN of this ultra cool toy line. I had the Scuba Diver set and Parachutist sets. Action Hardy looks a lot like Micheal Landon of Little House on the Praire fame. Zapf is a huge Doll maker in Germany. The Action Hardy bridge set is huge. Why not scan the AH catalog so we can see all the sets?

Action Hardy's arms, legs, and feet are copied from Captain Action's molds while the torso and hips look to be inspired by Lone Ranger's body design.

The arms and legs are very "Captain Action" but I disagree about the hands themselves.

those look NOTHING like Captain Action hands.
