what is Zeck? what am I missing?
I have that Batman book, that was a pretty good story line -

Great call samurainoir! This is an artist I don't really know anything about, but I totally recognise his style and his crazy great layout skills!
I can remember being a kid and grabbing comics I didn't normally read off the shelf just because of some of his covers.Comment

Zeck has been doing a lot of the licensing art at DC the last few years, particularly Batman. It's kind of hard to spot it as his work, as he's reigned in some of his own style to better fit in with the more classic look.
