    Captain America on TV 1966

Boston had it's own actor playing Cap in the late 60s and he'd introduce the Marvel cartoons. It's a pretty interesting take on a horror host but little to no footage existed.

Hmm, never even saw a hint of that before. Interesting. He's seems to be having trouble wrapping his mouth around some of the big words Stan's Soapbox style dialogue he's trying to spout off, but it's a valiant effort.

Wow, that is wild. The costume is really good. The actor is certainly giving it some gusto.

I read about him the other night in "Age of TV Heroes" and became somewhat fascinated.

Wow, great find! I first heard about this in that Age of TV Heroes book too. I figured there were no clips to find.

LOL... a classically trained Shakespearean actor who needed the work?!

Wonderful and sad all at once.
