    Vintage SW cards

I just found a pile of my childhood vintage Star Wars cards. Just the cards with the bubble sliced clean off.

I was wondering: do these have any value? The cards themselves are really mint (with the edge of the bubble still glued on), often unpunched, quite a few of the last 17. Luke Stormtrooper, Han Carbonite, Amanaman, etc.
Also a bunch of original manuals from vehicles and such.

They were securely tucked in a folder, and in great shape.
I really should clean out my paperwork more than once every 30 years.
I remember taking these straight out of a Kenner shipping box in the store. So they never saw a toy shelf.
At the end of the sales, you could get carded Amanamans for 50 cents. I remember giving six away to my friend to army build...

Yea, those things are worth something FOR SURE.

The card art is 99% of the candy.

If a person can remove all the glue and put on a new bubble .... ?

Agreed! There's definitely value in vintage cards. Especially in the condition you describe them!

They definitely have some value, especially any of the "last 17".

There's starwarsforum.co.uk that has a market for these. They definitely have value and you would almost certainly sell them on there. You wouldn't get taken on either. Post in the valuations thread first and ask what they're worth.

I used to do that to my SW carded figures. I have displayed some of them in a star case with the cardback behind, sort of like the castaway clamshell. Makes me happy knowing it is the figure that came with the card.
