nahh, they still stick you with the rates based on how much you spend.

CTVT has them offered too! With $8.00 shipping for one, but I can add all kinds of custom parts to ship with the figure, and shipping would be about $10.

I like this very much, and will be taking advantage since I like to get some and switch them to Mego type2 bodies and pick up custom repro window boxes for them, but I thought the Batman retro action figures were sold out? so there back now?
