Mouse Guard Black and White ComiXpress version from 2005 Any info?

There is very little information about this book on the internet. I know that it is rare...that it is the self-published version (in black and white) that Petersen got made through a printing place called ComiXpress in 2005. Then, Archaia picked it up, colored it, and released it under their label in 2006. That's about all I know.

Does anyone else have further information? How many were made? Is there a value listed anywhere? Etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the ultra-rare self-published first print (via ComiXpress) by David Petersen.

NM raw (non-CGC) copy sold on ebay in October 2013 for a staggering $1,326

There was only a print run of 250 of this printing of Mouse Guard #1.
One CGC'd at 9.6 (white pages) sold for $670.00
The other was raw, described in NM and looked to be true in the provided pictures. This one sold for $566.19
