Wayne, the guy in the pictures found these recently and shared those over at the Trenches this week. Cool stuff and amazing to think this was still around in the early 1990's.

I wonder how often they look back on those old items for ideas for current toys. I always thought that the old SUPER JOE power vests and accessory packs would work well with Iron Man, maybe even a whole Avengers line. Cap could use the Helicopter Pack, and so on. The gear would have fit perfectly on the 9" Signature series figures, and would have seemed kind of innovative and high tech compared to most of what is out now even though the concept is decades old.

The selection in that warehouse pretty much syncs up with what I remember as a kid in the late '70s. Lots of late-release orange box sets sitting around for the taking, but the '60s military stuff was already rare.

Heh, I remember buying a few Super Joe outfits and accessories when I was a kid and dressing up my Megos in them (I didn't have any actual Super Joe figures), they fit just fine, I got a lot of play value out of them!
