FTC Zips?

I know they have supplied them in the past to reseal figures with issues.

I just got a set of Titans in a trade, and Aqualad's belt is on upside down, and Speedy's hat is off. Would they send me new zips so I can open 'em and fix the issues?

I actually have been opening and sliding the figure out without harming the zip. I have been able to put them back the same way . I fixed my Batgirl so her emblem was more visible, slid her right back in no problem.

A small screwdriver can fit into the zip and release the catch. Then you just reuse that zip when you want to seal it back up.

I have pretty much re-staged all of my FTC figures by opening the cases using the mini-screwdriver trick. You can get a really cheap eyeglass kit with screwdriver from just about any drug store.
