I may be behind on this, but is anyone else really disappointed in the size of the Mad Hatter's hat?? It doesn't fit!
take a hair dryer and heat the bottom of it to soften the plastic...then place that Hat onto his head as the hat will then take shape to his head and then fits

I used thin strips of silver masking tape rolled to be double-sided and placed just inside the hat on either side. Fits perfect, stays on, and does no damage to head or paint when taken off.
