I actually took a girl to see Mortal Kombat.
for revenge she got me me to go to a foreign film by telling me Harvey Keitel was in it, and he was, but this film was 3+ hours long and it was Hungarian with French subtitles.
Yes, we watched the entire film.
ugggg!

My first date with the man I ended up marrying was to see "Queen of the Damned." We still laugh about that.

Roadhouse, I took a hot hillbilly chick to it. She was whooping and yelling at the screen. To say the least I was embarrassed. Luckily we had a good time after the movie:yes:. I actually tolerated this weird chick, because, well you know, I was young and dumb and shallow at the time. Thank god I met my wife shortly after leaving Ellie May Clampett.

Strangely enough, I remember making out with my girlfriend during "3 Ninjas". Her mom was manager of the theater for a year and we always went into the least occupied movies so we could fool around. LOL.

I went on a blind date, we saw The Pianist. It was her idea. Incredible movie of human survival in the Holocust, Oscar winning performance by Adrian Brody, but not...not a date movie. "Wanna go for a drink?" No, I think I'm going home to kill myself, thanks.

American Pie.
Naked Russian Girl, pie, and Tara Reed equals uncomfortable date.
We never went out on a second.

One of the worst date movies I ever saw was "Beloved." It's based on a Toni Morrison novel and starred Oprah Winfrey.

Signs...Mrs. Dr. Phibes kept complaining she was cold-I was too dumb to know untill a few dates later she wanted me to put my arm around her-I liked the flick she didn't-she married me anyway.

Anyone remember a flick called "My Boyfriend's Back"? It's about a teenager who returns from the dead as zombie to court a girl. Seriously. It's a comedy. Not even a black comedy really. It's almost like a Disney movie on crack. Anyway, that was mid-90s maybe? Me and the Earth 2 Wife-to-Be were tooling around the big city and just had to see a movie. This was THE ONLY movie out that appealed to two teenagers. Needless to say we both questioned our sanity after sitting through the whole thing.

I set my friend up on a blind date and we doubled. The girl was kind of uptight and my pal was more of a free spirit. We went and saw "The Spy Who Shagged Me" and just brayed like donkeys for two hours. In the dark I could see her horrified face, no sense of humour on her.

My first date movie was Kramer V Kramer.

Great choice, lets start off the relationship by watching a couple break up and divorce whilst arguing over the child.

Not long after we broke up.

Years ago me and my now ex-girlfriend went to the cinemas at least once a week, sometimes even more. One day we noticed we had seen every movie, except Casper the Friendly Ghost :smiley1: . We decided to go anyway. Turned out we were the only two in the theater. We had a good time, didn't see much of the movie
