    Amazing Chan Monster Target Set

    '
My pal Matt sent me this photo and I have to say, I'm a l'il jealous of this killer monster themed rack toy. While a licensed toy (based on the Saturday morning antics of Charlie Chan) it's also got a some copyright infringement going on in regards to it's targets.

Ahem, those gentlemen look familiar, I want this...badly.

Wow, that's bold! It's sad that I can tell you which film Frank and Wolfman are from (Son of Frankenstein and House of Dracula, respectively), but I have no idea where the Lugosi pic came from.

A very, very cool crossover item, for sure.

^Maybe...but he looks older. It almost looks like it should be from Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein, but if it is, it's from a publicity still I've never seen.

Frankenstein is a Don Post mask ad according to Matt.

^Hmm...may be. But I was thinking it looked like a still from "Son". The fuller-faced, slightly saggy Karloff from that film.

I can't think of any product the monsters never made it on. They were just everywhere in the 60's and 70's (even if it wasn't all legal). Great memories.
