Pocket Heroes Question

Has anybody ever heard of NPP, Inc.?? Did they produce knock-offs of the Mego Pocket Heroes line or were they actually involved with the legitimate Mego products?? Thanks for any insight.

Thanks for the quick response!! That makes sense (although I now feel stupid for asking the question.) The figure I was looking at was a D.C. hero.

I think it's a legitimate question, DC really hasn't used NPP since we were kids.
