So today I got a call from my rep at Entertainment Earth. In chatting he let me know there will be two exclusive FTC 8" figures only available at EE.

Unfortunately this isn't really my news to tell and I have no idea if it's been made public yet so I won't spill any further details ... aside from saying I was told they will be a one time limited run.

Kinda cool.

Yes sir ... but like I said, since the EE/BBP folks frequent this forum I figure it's their news to spill when they are ready. I'm not trying to be a tease, just wanted to let folks know something was in the pipeline on it's way down.

Hey Marty I just got off the phone with EE and she said she could not find any info on this. I wanted to put my pre order in so I don't miss out. Hopefully there will be some news on these soon.

Yep, the fellow said it there would be an email blast to EE Distribution customers later when it's ready for pre-order. We didn't go into any details about when they are expected. Hopefully it's not 2015 and hopefully he (and by extension, I) are not full of crap.

There were some exclusives up for grabs, EE probably grabbed a pair. They have the funds and infrastructure for it. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out which line, Jude.

My understanding is that BBP has some ownership affiliation with EE. I am sure someone here can elaborate on that relationship.

But EE carries more items from other folks and not just BBP exclusively. So EE nabbed a few exclusive figures manufactured by FTC.

I hate exclusives, but EE is very accessible for everyone, and a really good company to do business with. They'll have something cool and enough of them to ward off the opportunists who can instead wait for Toys R Us to open hoping for another Boba Fett or something for ebay.
