Hourman. Guess that's better than 2 minute man. All sculpey head on a Doc Mego Body. My paint, Custom suit with Doc black shorts and a custom cape and belt.
He looks Fantastic Bro. Very Megoesque indeed.
I too have been looking for an Hourglass Necklace.. Shurley there is an inscale earing or necklace somewhere out there.

Surely that can't be that hard to make?

Actually I did this out of Sculpy. Like the Rhino I did, I made a plaster face cast of a Cap head pushed in a lump of Sculpey and molded the rest around it. I've never been able to do facial features very well and like everything to have that Mego-look to it. Even the shroud is Sculpey. If I were doing it today I would just cast a cap head and sand off the wings. I'd mold the shroud still and also make it a bit thicker. I tried casting this a while back and had an issue with it around the edges. Someday I'll redo it a little thicker and re-cast it. I actually have an hourglass necklace but didn't put it back on him for some reason after I dusted him off to take the picture. DOH!!! Nothing special just something made from scrap plastic on a string. It's really kinda small to even worry about detail. I look in the doll house sections whenever I'm in AC Moore hoping to find an actual one I can put on a string but have never found one. I guess dolls don't need an hourglass.
