    Help - Who was he???

OK, I had a flash-back of a mego like figure I had when I was little (70's) and all I remember was that he had a solid hooded head, and his face spun around 180deg, within the hood, changing from a normal face to a scary evil face. I have no idea what line he was from, or even how big he was but I seem to remember using him with my mego guys. Any ideas??? A link would be awsome.

Toys2cool, I expect you to have some input here.

Mattel reused the gimmick for Man-E-Faces, too. He later served as a henchman for Stewie Griffin
